I am who I am?

zen People often say, "I am who I am" but most people don't know their true self. It is more accurate to say that it is you who make yourself this way, instead of saying this way is who you are. Ultimately you are not just this way, you can be much greater and bigger. So to think "This is the way I am" is a very limiting belief. Each thought you have is a tool for creating wholesomeness in life, but not the only way you must be. When there is anger and you think you are angry but don't realize the source of life, then you have just limited yourself by this belief. ¶ by Master Miao Tsan ¶
