真解脫

真正的解脫是由內而生的。它是內在自有的，它已經在你的內心了。你的心沒有形象，但你可以從心得到解脫。
有人認為必須要去遙遠的高山隱修才能獲得解脫。但是，解脫跟我們身外的環境並無關係。所有的路徑和探索，都是指向我們自有的執著，由此而得解脫。
