Movement and Stillness

Student: What is the difference between a mundane person and a practitioner?
Master: When a mundane person moves they are reckless, when still they are troubled.

When a practitioner moves it is to devote time and effort to volunteering, when still they are peacefully resting.

When a practitioner moves they are able to contemplate and correct mistakes, when still they are introspective.

When a practitioner moves they cultivate merit, when still they cultivate
                                          wisdom.
